Our Team

Kim is another one of our team members who is a Michigan transplant, moving here in 1968. She began her career as a dental assistant in 1996 after working for years as stay-at-home Mom to her three daughters. We were very fortunate to have her join our staff in 2010. Kim has a gentle touch and an innate ability to put patient’s fears to rest. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and willing to take the time to explain procedures fully and answer any questions.

In her off time, Kim strives to stay fit. She practices Yoga, swims laps and enjoys running; participating in several marathons. She’s also back in the “Mommy” business; now raising her grandson, Braydon, who she says “keeps me young”. When not busy with family or work, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen, trying new recipes. She became “Mrs. Fred Wood” when she and Dr. Wood were married at their home in October of 2013. Life for them is about family and work; both of which they are very committed to.
